Back to my roots

For those that know me well they know my photography subject matter is quite wide. This past month alone I have shot architecture and food projects. This coming month I have another architecture/real estate project and an article that I am working on for the Vancouver Observer on Richmond’s Night Market. However, in the midst of all of that my one goal this past month was to get back to my roots which is travel and nature photography. Travel and nature photos started my love of photography and with the weather as wonderful as it has been in Vancouver this past week and a long weekend away in Osoyoos it was so nice to capture various images that caught my eye. A few weekends ago we went to a friends cottage in Osoyoos for the long weekend. Her cottage located beside Osoyoos Lake provided some lovely photos.

We made the move to Kitsilano a few months back. We were keen to make the move before summer and we are so happy we did. We are in awe of the beauty that we are surrounded by that is seriously just minutes from our door step and now that summer has finally arrived in Vancouver we look forward to being able to enjoy it much more.
